Cultivating a team of experts
Professional Care | Certified Arborists
Xanderbuilt is a family-owned and operated business that has been providing quality tree service in greater Indianapolis for over 25 years. Founded by Paul Xanders in 1997, and now operating under the direction of his son, Jonathan Xanders, the Xanderbuilt team strives to deliver exceptional results by prioritizing industry-leading practices and current research. Our team aims to provide honest recommendations and advice on caring for your trees at the tolerance level you are comfortable with. We have made a substantial investment in our team and our education so that we can be an advocate for your trees.
To minimize property impact, our team utilizes modern, arborist-specific equipment and technology to protect our team and your property. Our professional goal is to show up for every quote, deliver honest recommendations specific to the needs of your living assets and your level of comfort, communicate through the process, and finally provide exceptional results. We want to build trust with you. This way when the need for future tree services are encountered or your friends or family are looking for a contractor they can trust, there is no need to look anywhere else.
Due to the hazardous nature of the job, our team is routinely put through training exercises. This trust is the foundation for our team dynamic, allowing us to give the best care and attention-to-detail to your trees. In addition, we want each of our arborists to be the best version of themselves. By investing in each team member, they are encouraged to continue earning new certifications and further their education.
Meet the Team
We here at Xanderbuilt are dedicated, hard working people that take pride in our work. Our desire is to serve our clients to the absolute best of our ability. We take the necessary care to hear those words at the end of a job, “Well done.” We utilize every opportunity to share feedback from our clients with the crew. This helps further their confidence in their abilities as well as helps them learn from these experiences. Just like trees, we need to be constantly adapting and adjusting to our environment. It’s how we grow!
