Certified Arborists

Due to the hazardous nature of the job, our team is routinely put through training exercises. This trust is the foundation for our team dynamic, allowing us to give the best care and attention-to-detail to your trees. In addition, we want each of our arborists to be the best version of themselves. By investing in each team member, they are encouraged to continue earning new certifications and further their education.

Meet the Team

We here at Xanderbuilt are dedicated, hard working people that take pride in our work. Our desire is to serve our clients to the absolute best of our ability. We take the necessary care to hear those words at the end of a job, “Well done.” We utilize every opportunity to share feedback from our clients with the crew. This helps further their confidence in their abilities as well as helps them learn from these experiences. Just like trees, we need to be constantly adapting and adjusting to our environment. It’s how we grow!

Paul Xanders

Owner

What more can be said about Paul except that he is the head honcho who started it all?  From a very small operation with his children back in 1997 to the burgeoning business that Xanderbuilt Tree care is today, Paul is the person that drives it all.  Xanderbuilt Tree Care owes it all to Paul and this company still relies on him today.  While his time playing in the trees today is limited, he is always at the shop working on our fleet of trucks and keeping the guys and gals moving.  His automotive wizardry is something to behold!  Paul’s shining characteristic is “if you need it, he’ll make it happen.” While not at work, Paul loves to be with family, play music, cook great food, and be a pastor at his church.  Xanderbuilt would not be where it is without him!
